Open the project Edit your tasks Export all of the tasks to an Excel file First you need to delete the 2 top rows Now you can edit all of the fields You can add and edit dates, description, etc. To add new comments, you need to add a new column with the name “Comments” You can specify the comments date.
E.g. set the date to last week, if your meeting was hold there. To add multiple dates insert a new line between them. You can also insert comments without specifying the date. The date will then be set to the current date. Save the file Navigate to the projects “Settings ->Import” Find your Excel file and click “Update” Your tasks are now updated. Your comments are added to the tasks
